9/11 Performance
-It wasn’t nearly as bad as it was last year. It actually was pretty good, in my opinion. I really enjoyed our set up this year, last years wasn't good at all. I think that the set up helped up a lot this year. Personally this year i think that my sound has improved greatly, i don't remember being able to hear myself any other years. It is louder and with more control, but it still needs to improve more. This year i didn't tune as well as i should have for the 9/11 performance. I thought the sound of the band overall way really nice and controlled. I don't know how i feel about playing with the chorus yet, it made me get confused at times, because i tried to match their tempo and volume.
Scales
-Bb major: 87%
-Eb major: 100%
-F major: 100%
-d minor: 100%
-g minor: 93%
-c minor: 100%
The Bb major and g minor were not 100 because the B on my instrument wasn't working

Major and Minor connections.
-Major "la", is Minor "doe". Also the two relative scale has the same key signature. The 6th note on the major scale is the starting note for the minor scale, then go down 2 half steps to get the scale name.

_New concert music - First Read
-I am a little nervous for the tempo in "Once in Royal David's City" It's either going to be great or its not going to line up at all and everyone's gonna be off. Also a lot of my notes are low, and they're going at a fast tempo, so I'm pretty nervous for that. In the song "Rejoice The Season!" there is an articulation labeled "G.P." and i do not know what it means. This song looks a little confusing because of the rhythm, I feel like i might get lost. I really like the looks of " How The Grinch Stole Christmas Concert Medley" it looks fun and simple and pleasant.
-Just played rejoice. It was brutal. I got lost so many times, the tempo was super fast. The time signature was really hard to understand. I do like the key of the song tho it has a lovely sound.
-The Grinch... oh brother this one looks fun but yet very difficult. Like the basses have almost a melody type thing.
-Christmas eve, I have a solo dealo thing in the beginning of the song and i am scared out of my mind, I got no chance of breathing during it either it's long. the rest of the song looks simple and kinda fun, like no trick rhythm to keep. Big plus, I know the song so i have an idea of what it should sound like.

-Pep Band!
-I enjoy coming to pep band.I have came to all 7 of the pep band performances that we've had so far. I am happy with the grade that i have for coming to the volunteer pepbands. they have helped raise my grade a lot. I have a 124% in band which makes me very happy and relieved. I think i deserve this because i came to all of the pepband games and played the entire time.
-I think pepband is good because it makes our name bigger, its good practice, and its super fun! The people who hear us play at the games might come to our concerts or might support us. For the incoming freshmen and even the rest of the band its good practice to learn new tempos and notes. I think that both they players and the student it is enjoyable to hear something like pepband and not just overplayed pop songs the whole time.
-I like 7 nation army, I get around and wipe out are my favorite, they are exciting crazy pumped up songs that are amazing. Lady gaga, living on a prayer, and crazy train these songs are the ones i hate, they are super low and are hard for me to play well.
-I think that i improved in "i get around" i have a little solo thing and i was never able to hit them notes till this year.
